The aim of this conference is to get to know some aspects of the private law of the new Member State of the European Union. In the European Year of the Citizens topics like consumer law, commercial law, dispute resolution, free movement of goods and persons are high on the agenda. The conference will offer insights on the implementation of European Law in Croatia and the existing and future relations between The Netherlands and Croatia.

 

Experts from Croatia will present the European dimension of their law and are willing to answer all kind of questions.
